Screen Printing

Screen printing is a technique used to push ink through a mesh stencil onto textiles. Each colour in your design requires a different screen (or stencil) to be made. We then print all the garments on an automated press which is capable of precise, repeatable printing on hundreds of garments a day using the same screens.

Vinyl Printing

Our vinyl printing process is achieved using a heat transfer procedure. Using a machine the letters and designs are cut out of coloured vinyl. These are then heat-pressed onto the garment. Vinyl printing is best suited for simple graphics.
